Do I need a Twilio account?
Yes. Twinline runs on top of your own Twilio account. Sign up at twilio.com (it's free, you only pay for what you use), then connect it inside the app with one tap. We never see your master credentials.
What does the $3 a month cover?
The Twinline app subscription itself, billed yearly at $36. It lets you use up to 3 phone numbers at no extra fee from us. You only pay Twilio's underlying cost for each number (rental, calls, SMS, voicemail transcription), billed directly by Twilio.
Can I have more than 3 numbers?
Yes. The plan covers up to 3 numbers at no extra Twinline fee. Beyond that, you can add more lines anytime for a small monthly fee on top of the usual Twilio cost. Perfect if you need a separate number for a new venture or a different country.
Which countries can I get a number in?
Any country Twilio supports. Common ones include the US, Canada, UK, and most of the EU. Some regions require Twilio to verify a local address before issuing a number.
Is iOS supported?
Android first. iOS is coming in Phase 2 with full CallKit and PushKit integration so incoming calls feel native.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel inside Google Play and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
